Snow changes everything. Especially you.
There’s something about winter in Austria. The silence after fresh snow. Village lights coming on at four o’clock, church bells, wooden balconies, the smell of woodsmoke and mulled wine. Everything feels closer: the mountains, the people, the evenings. For a few days, everyone lives in the same little snowy bubble, and nobody wants to leave it.
Whether you come to ski from first lift to last, to never touch a pair of skis, or simply to switch off your head for a week, you’re in good hands. We live here. And our focus is you.
You don’t come for the snow. You come for how it makes you feel.
Thank you for thinking of our corner of the Alps. We’d love to show you the winter we know, the one behind the postcards.
Skier or not, two of you or twelve, a week full of action or a week of doing nothing at all. Tell us who’s coming and what you love. We’ll build the winter around you.

Where will you spend your winter?
Two ways in. Every program inside, planned by locals.

Saalbach Hinterglemm
Our home mountain. 270 km of slopes, huts we love and the best après in the Alps. Weekends, ski weeks, families, groups and no-ski days.

Our summer, your way
Six places we’d take our own family, and the little things only locals know about them.
Kitzsteinhorn glacierSnowballs at breakfast, swimming by lunch.
Up to 3,000 metres, snow under your feet in July, then back down to the lake for the afternoon. The kind of day you’ll be telling people about for years.
Grossglockner36 bends, one glacier and a marmot who wants your carrot.
Built by hand in the 1930s, through the toughest years Austria knew. Opened in 1935, and still the most beautiful drive in the Alps.
Krimml WaterfallsYou’ll hear it before you see it.
380 metres of water in three drops, the highest falls in Austria. The trail climbs right beside the falls, close enough to feel the spray on your face.
HallstattSo pretty, China built a copy.
True story. But nothing beats the original: 7,000 years of salt, a lake like a mirror and the Skywalk hanging above it all.
SalzburgMozart, gardens and a hundred terraces.
Baroque squares, Mirabell’s flowers, the fortress on the hill and more cafés than you have days. Sachertorte by the river, Salzburger Nockerl for two. Tradition you can taste.
Food & stayDinner by the lake. Then dessert. Obviously.
Kasnocken in a cast-iron pan, fresh lake fish, a glass of Austrian white as the sun goes down. Hosts who remember your name. This is how we live.
