YOU SAY YES. WE SORT THE REST.
Your day. Our obsession. Sorted to the last detail.
Planning a wedding from abroad takes a lot of trust. A different language, suppliers you’ve never met, a venue you’ve only seen in photos. We know, because we’ve been doing this since 2012. We live here, we know the people, and we take care of everything: your guests from the airport, a holiday for everyone, every supplier, and every detail on the day itself. All you have to do is be there.
Most couples don’t come for a day. They come for a week.
First of all, thank you for choosing our corner of the Alps. Of all the places in the world, you’re thinking of ours, and nothing makes us happier than sharing it with the people you love most.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only plan the wedding day?
No, and that’s what makes us different. Your wedding day gets our full attention, but so does every day around it. From the moment your guests land until the moment they fly home, we take care of the whole stay: transfers, hotels, activities, dinners and celebrations. It’s not just a wedding. It’s a holiday your guests will talk about for years.
What do you plan for our guests?
Whatever makes them happy. Skiers get the slopes, the passes and the rental. Non-skiers get spa days, lake walks, long lunches in mountain huts or a day in Salzburg. We get to know what your guests love, and plan every day around it.
Can you plan the parties before and after the wedding?
Yes, and we love them. A welcome dinner when everyone arrives, a pre-wedding party, a themed night, a farewell brunch the morning after. These are often the moments your guests remember most, so we plan them with the same care as the wedding itself.
Can we have a legal wedding or a symbolic ceremony?
Both. A legal wedding takes place at the town hall or at one of the special wedding locations approved for civil ceremonies. A symbolic ceremony can happen wherever you dream it: in a chalet, by a lake or high on a mountain with the peaks behind you. We’ll explain both options and help you choose the one that feels right.
Can you plan our wedding even though we live abroad?
That’s exactly what we do. Most of our couples plan from another country. We are your eyes, ears and voice here: we visit the venues, meet the suppliers and keep you updated every step of the way. You only need to arrive.
What exactly do you take care of on the wedding day?
Our one goal on your wedding day is simple: that you don’t think about anything at all, and enjoy every single moment. We work quietly behind the scenes. We keep every timing on track, make sure nothing is missing and that everything happens exactly as we planned it together. Venue, catering, flowers, music, photographer, hair and make-up: all coordinated, all in place. You just live your day. We take care of everything else.
How many guests can we bring?
As many as you love. From an intimate elopement for two to a big celebration with family and friends from all over the world. We find the venue and the hotels that fit your guest list.
When is the best time for a wedding in the Alps?
Winter brings snow, candlelight and ski days, usually from December to early April. Summer brings green meadows, lakes and long evenings outside. Tell us your dream, and we’ll suggest the perfect season.
Can we bring our own photographer or suppliers?
Of course. We work with trusted local suppliers we know personally, but if you have a favourite photographer or musician, we’ll make sure they have everything they need.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Ideally 9 to 12 months ahead, because the best venues and hotels book early, especially in high season. But if your date is closer, talk to us anyway. Sometimes the magic happens fast.
What does a destination wedding cost?
It depends on your wishes, your preferences and how we build your day and your stay together. You pay us a clear planning fee, and you pay every supplier directly: the venue, the hotels, the catering, everyone. That way you see every price and every agreement, with no hidden costs and no pressure, ever. Our job is to find you the best deals, the best people and the best of everything, always in your best interest, within your budget and around it.
Do you also plan birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations?
Yes, with the same love and care. A 50th in a mountain chalet, a 60th around one long family table, an anniversary or a vow renewal. If it’s worth celebrating, we’ll make it unforgettable.
How do we start?
Just write to us and tell us a little about the two of you: your date or season, the number of guests and what you’re dreaming of. Then we set up a call. A wedding is a big deal, so first we simply talk, get to know each other and see if we’re on the same wavelength. If it feels right for both of us, we start planning together. No packages, no templates, just a conversation.
